Prediction of bolt missing fault for multistage rotor by experimental test and analysis

چکیده

The high-pressure rotor of aero-engine is assembled by numerous bolts under high manufacture precision. connected structure subjected to both axial force and transverse vibration during service, which may result in individual bolt loosen. In this study, the influence missing on dynamic characteristics analyzed numerical simulation. A test rig capable impact frequency sweeping experiment tension was constructed. response features simulation were then extracted. loss function mean absolute error decision method extreme gradient boosting used predict position. results show that proposed model can reach a prediction precision more than 90%. Moreover, coefficient determination evaluation index effect reaches 0.9, significantly higher those other conventional models such as multivariate linear regression adaptive spliness.
